Ceremony & Reception Options
Outdoor Ceremonies, Ballroom Receptions & a Built-In Rain Plan
Begin the day inside two private getting-ready suites before exchanging vows outdoors with Schunnemunk Mountain beyond the gardens or inside the ballroom.
After the ceremony, guests move through the Manor, onto the wraparound porch, and across the grounds for cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres, and chef-attended stations.
Dinner and dancing continue in the ballroom or beneath a sailcloth or clear-frame tent, while the porch, lawn, gardens, and fire pit remain part of the evening.
When weather brings the ceremony indoors, guests continue into cocktail hour throughout the Manor while the ballroom is reset privately for dinner and dancing.
Manor & Ballroom Weddings
Mountainville Manor’s all-inclusive wedding packages bring together cocktail hour, open bar, a four-course dinner, wedding cake, coordination, staffing, and the reception essentials needed for a complete celebration. Host your ceremony outdoors or inside, then continue into the Manor and ballroom for dinner and dancing.
Intimate Weddings
Mountainville Manor offers intimate wedding experiences beginning at 20 or 40 guests, with the ability to add guests up to 80. These are not abbreviated or discounted versions of a larger wedding. They are complete, chef-led celebrations with exclusive use of the estate, cocktail hour, dinner, bar service, wedding cake, and a full reception.
Tented Weddings
Sailcloth and clear-frame tents allow Mountainville Manor to host receptions for up to 225 guests while keeping the Manor at the center of the celebration. Guests dine and dance beneath the canopy, then move between the porch, lawn, gardens, and fire pit as the evening continues, with the illuminated estate remaining part of the setting.
